The simple story takes place In the beautiful outdoor location of Nainital. Suraj, a guide in Nainital comes across Sapna and her college friends. Suraj and Sapna are attached towards each others. At this time arrives Mohanish Kapoor who is supposed to get married to Sapna. Mohanish tries to force himself of Sapna, Suraj intervens, a figh takes place and mohanish is killed by Surajs hand in trying to save Sapna. Now Suraj and Sapna are on the run. The Police is after them and so is mohanish rich father to kill them while Spanas father joins the cahse to save his daughter and Suraj.
